PROFESSIONAL FEES
Before you can start treatment with MiSight lenses, you must have a comprehensive eye exam or copy of your most recent eye exam that is within 60 days of your visit. THE COST OF THE EXAM IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE MISIGHT PROFESSIONAL FEES.
The following includes all professional service, follow ups, and 1 year of MiSight 1 day contact lenses.
The total fee for our services related to your MiSight treatment, including the treatment lenses prescribed is: $1599.00 for the initial enrollment and $1399 each following year.
The first year of Misight you will have a follow up 1 week after starting and then every 6 months. The following years follow up are only as needed and every 6 months.
This fee must be paid at the time of your MiSight fitting.
REPLACEMENT LENSES
If at any time your prescription has changed within the year, any remaining lenses will be exchanged for your updated prescription. (Lenses must be within 1 Calendar year)
