No-Show Policy

In order to provide the best care and service to our patients,

1. Please provide our office a 24-hour notice in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will allow us the opportunity to accommodate patients waiting for an appointment.
2. A “No-Show” or missed appointment, without 24-hour notification, will be assessed a $30 fee.
3. This fee is not billable to your insurance.
4. If you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment, the appointment will be cancelled and can be rescheduled. The “no-show” fee will be applied.
